with the "yellow light jumper" on, when power on, the yellow light will be on for 1 second, then both red lights will be on alternately, for UK and EU crossing signals.

with the jumper off, when power on, the 2 lights or 4 lights will flash alternatively, for US crossing signals etc..

Functions:

when manually power on, the yellow light will be on for 1 second ( optional ), then the 2 red lights will flash alternatively
( suitable for LEDs made common anode crossing signals)
